TUNULA ENO is no exception, despite the fact that it was born out of sad circumstances - the album was composed during the last year of his wife Joan's battle with cancer. Samite uses this as an opportunity to reflect on the joys of humanity and celebrate the preciousness of life. The album features colorful rhythms that prominently feature the kalimba and percolating African percussion as well as light guitar and Samite's cheerful flute playing/smooth vocals. The lyrics are very positive, telling stories of Ugandan life and his love and devotion to his late wife. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Musicians for World Harmony
